Dear D,
Today I was reading about a master forger of paintings, an old naughty gentleman who was reliving (and revelling) his dodgy years with its secrets…in technics to make a newly painted piece look like the real Caravaggio, Vermeer or Lowry! To my astonishment, he used bee goo to crack the painting to look the part.
in my case, I used propolis (bee goo) for my dental infection to take off. Funny right? Same stuff and provenance just other goals have been achieved…I fooled the bacteria in my gum and he the customers with too much money and little taste as knowledge.
Talking about knowledge, what a concept right. So Gnosis is the origin of the word and means, knowing through observation and or experience. My humble opinion begs to differ, I will explain (you saw that coming right). In order to make the observation or experience fruitful, we have to be granted a generous figure who translates the emotion, sight or formula to assimilate the obtained. For example, each and every one of us has most probably seen the label ºMade in Chinaº but not everyone has been made aware that shortly it is becoming a reality ºowned by Chinaº.
In the last decades, China has been lending billions of dollars to countries all over the globe. For infrastructure and other needless nonsense to become modern, superfluous because after skyscrapers and software the inhabitants are still hungry, nature still on edge and the rich are the ones that became richer. So you see dear D that is not what the endgame is, nop, much worse! The loan came with a huge interest rate and therefore almost impossible to pay back…so bit by bit China is weaving a network around the globe of countries owned.
Another example that goes well with the title of today is Ramadan. They have a law called the Zakat, which says that you have to give 2,5 percent of your wealth to the less fortunate. Wonderful right, could and should be a law in other deity abetting bunches too! Also related to Ramadan is intermittent fasting, their ancient wisdom of fasting is becoming vastly popular. The reason may be less religious and or philosophical but all the same, health improving. Menkind has concluded not to need five meals a day…maybe one day they will acknowledge the bizarre plastic wrappers holding the eco grown friendly food too.
Meanwhile, people around the globe keep reinventing wonderful stuff. Once upon a time, the Sumerians and the people of Mesopotamia used hard clay to keep track of their cattle and later on their laws…the people known as Aisinai’pi or Blackfoot in northern America used entire walls to keep up to date. Now finally after having plundered and killed about 46 percent of the forest (visualise South Africa) globally, they have invented books made of ground stone!!! Well not sure to say better late than never…
May clarity find U,
Irena Phaedra
