I am no scholar, that is more than obvious; though have a pretty well funcioning brain in some matters. Or maybe should I say in some areas the ventricles have better developed connections and more oxigen?..Not sure, have read into the lore during the time Liam was alive, but when emotions have the upperhand and the knowledge is connected to pain I tend to forget facts (dont we all?)
Anyway, science is a lot further about the brain “matter” than when I was involved twenty years ago. Operations, cell injections, apliences through different surgury and much more is daily news as is quantum computing…(another of my favorite topics)
Since I was a child, reading has been my addiction that relieved my curiosity; I remember asking my mother what was outside the universe (nine years old) and why a table was called a table, who the f..k decided it was called that way?!
Coming to my point; I read this morning an article about hypocrisy. Written by a studied man (neuroscientist), who really knows how to compose a correct text and after research exposed his findings. He called it “The science of Hypocrisy” and wrote many interesting facts and words. He never understood that fear is the ultimate reason of leaving moral and other high (chuckle) human standards behind!
Knowledge is like everything else, it is an equation of different facts. Study is one part of the science, observing, questioning but in my humble opinion experience is the key to understanding. Why if not does every generation of youngsters breaks rules and explores?..Right because without doing it themselves they do not comprehend!
So emotions are the key that facilitates the understanding, meanwhile at the beginning I claimed haven forgotten because of the pain…hmm seems I am caught up in a catch 22 or maybe not. It is like watching a movie in Napulitano and reading the subtitles in Portuguiño without any knowledge of both languages, but having no problem understanding!
Our brain is the translator of the universe and on us it depends how much we get out of it. So be balanced and know your priorities within a harmless way for yourself and others.
May harmony find U.
